Humble Estate is a Canadian brand that ships worldwide, with standard fulfillment and delivery processes designed to ensure smooth and reliable service. Please read the following details carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Canada & United States: Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks from the date of dispatch.

All Other International Destinations: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

Delivery timelines begin the day after your order is placed, unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Customs & Import Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import duties and regulations.

Import Duties & Taxes:

  • Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees depending on the country and the order value.

  • Please check with your local customs office for details about applicable charges in your region.

Humble Estate is not responsible for any additional charges or delays due to customs processing in the destination country.

Order Processing

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully placed.

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will follow once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Terms

  • Gift card purchases do not count toward free shipping thresholds (if any).

  • We currently do not ship to military addresses in EU countries.

  • If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery window, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
